Everything is Energy

By Mary Ellen Flora

Life is a process of change. Everything is constantly changing, both spiritually and physically. Our bodies grow and change throughout life. We, the spirit, constantly grow and evolve. All healthy things are moving and changing.

In this time period everything is changing very fast and will change faster before this transition is complete. We are making a transition as spirit in relation to our planet, involving all things on our planet and in our universe, including our bodies. Our bodies are afraid because of the speed of motion and lack of intellectual explanations about this change.

The present transition is a drastic rise in vibration on the planet. Everything on Earth is electromagnetic so it is as if we are being jolted with higher and higher levels of electricity or driving faster and faster. Anything that does not rise with the increase in energy is out of harmony with the fast motion and thus experiences being uncomfortable, or even suffering.

Spirit is pure energy without physical limits. Spirit is raising the vibration of physical matter, including all Earthly things, at a rapid rate and needs to educate the bodies about what is happening. Meditation is the best way for spirit and body to communicate. Meditation is also an excellent way to consciously raise the vibration of the body. Spirit has been manifesting in bodies on Earth for longer than most believe. There have been previous times of raising the energy of Earth. Every great teacher such as Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, Lao Tsu, etc. helped raise the energy of Earth. Approximately every two thousand years there is an increase in energy through a great teacher. There are also energy shifts at other periods such as approximately every twelve thousand and twenty-five thousand years. This present transition is one of the big shifts of twenty-five thousand or so years.

Humans usually fight the spiritual growth because of their fear of the unknown. The fear creates destruction rather than transformation and many souls miss the opportunities offered by the energy wave. Those who are spiritually aware take advantage of the high energy and use it to evolve at a rapid rate. Those growing fast are in "heaven" and those resisting change are in "hell." Heaven is focusing in the upper chakra system or spiritual view of neutrality, knowing, communication, and affinity. Hell is operating from the lower chakra level and the physical view of emotions and the intellect. When an intense wave of spiritual energy rises in Earth it is beneficial to be in the upper chakras and have a spiritual perspective.

Everyone who has experienced a fast action emergency situation will acknowledge that emotions interfere with fast action. Thinking about what to do does not facilitate fast action, either. One must operate without hesitation and this requires a neutral, unemotional perspective, which is the spiritual view. This transition is similar to an emergency situation because everything is moving so fast. There is not time to be emotional or intellectual. One must use his/her information from neutral, without being overwhelmed by emotions, to keep up with the increase in energy and the change it brings.

Life today is a process of fast change. Meditation is the most effective method to understand and respond to this time of transition. You are spirit with a body, and meditation helps you relate to both spirit and body and allow both to transform to a new level of creativity.

Spirituality and Your Spititual Life

By Vic Singer

It is never too late to think about doing some serious spiritual work. This makes even more sense, if you appreciate the importance of spirituality to humanity as a whole, its wellbeing now, and in the future. No, I'm not talking here about some warm and fuzzy "alternative people" embracing themselves dispassionately, starring at each other through the jungle of dreadlocks and rainbow colored scarfs. Not that there's anything wrong with those people...

I'm talking about "regular" folks of various ages, professions and life experiences, who have reached the stage in life when they realize that there, must be other ways to find joy and satisfaction in one's short existence. Suddenly, being a (successful) participant in everyday human activities: meeting other people, making love, attaining wealth, climbing the social ladder, advancing professionally, "moving places" becoming an authority, etc. etc... loses its appeal. One begins to feel less and less "energized" by praises, compliments, surging bank account, personal success and admiration of others. Even those who practice 'carpe diem' to the extreme, are forced to re-evaluate their priorities when sickness or personal tragedy strikes. Yes, we grow taller and taller, but when the ill wind blows, we break as easily as a dry grass blade.

For many, this moment of "awakening" comes with age - we wise up, and rich in life experiences, see beyond the glitter of the shallows... Suddenly, spirituality looks promising, if for nothing else, but for epitomising all things different to what we've been doing so far. Some will return to practising their religion; others will keep re-searching by stopping-by at many spiritual "shopfronts" run by more or less integrous spiritual gurus. Sure, anything new seems to be a better alternative than resting on the wilting laurels that one cannot take to the grave, anyway. Intense search for a new meaning of life begins, with those of advanced intellect most in a hurry. And while common wisdom tells us: "It doesn't matter who you are, what matters is what you do", meaning that as long as you do 'good' things, you're a good person, spiritual perspective is diagonally opposite.

Renowned spiritual teacher Dr. David R. Hawkins says: "It doesn't matter what you do. What matters is who you are." How true, for in your heart you can be a tyrant, and yet do nice things for the reasons only you know. Ultimately, only you and God know the truth. When you shift the focus to serving your Self, called capital Self, from serving your self - ego, then your spiritual work will bring tremendous rewards. One of them, called an internal peace is arguably the most precious, for it builds a foundation for doing more good - giving away more love and compassion, and allowing ourselves to be touched more by God's unconditional love; for now, and forever. Then, when you say "Gloria in Excelsis Deo!" you'll feel like at home.

Oh No, Not Another Self Improvement Article!

By John Jones

There are so many self improvement articles available everywhere you look that you are probably heartily fed up with them but please chance a look anyway, if you learn one thing it'll have been worth it. It won't cost you a cent!

As you get older, you may realize that life seems to be passing you by without you really partaking in it. You may start asking yourself questions such as: "Where did it all go?" or "Is my music still inside me?"

Most people will arrive at these questions sooner or later but sooner is so much better than later because later may, of course, be too late.

These thoughts and questions may turn your life upside down for a while; you may well feel confused because life had felt so good until these thoughts and questions arose. You were happy, had a successful marriage, two wonderful kids, and a job you reasonably enjoyed. What then is the problem?

Dr Wayne Dyer, famous spiritual teacher and writer, talks in his latest movie about "The shift" which he explains comes about after a quantum moment. You'll know a quantum moment when it happens, you can't really miss it. It will be surprising, vivid, very benevolent and enduring, it will never go away. The shift will move you to a higher dimension where so much more will become clear to you. You certainly will not miss The Shift, life will take on a whole new meaning to you.The Shift is really the movement from self or ego to essence or source.

Here is a list of some ideas that could possibly help kick-start your shift. That may help you move your life to the next level.

1. Allow yourself to dream again! When you were a kid you probably spend hours day-dreaming about how your life was going to be. What then, happened to your ability to imagine and dream about what you want and who you want to be? When was the last time you caught yourself daydreaming and appreciating it? The law of attraction cannot tell the difference between your dreams and your reality. If you dream of being rich then the Law will make you rich.

2. You will almost certainly have realized by now that happiness is not "Out There." So look inside, that's the only place it can be found. Increase your self-awareness. Find out who you are at your essence and then cultivate and nurture a relationship with that essence.

3. Embrace your past and then leave it there, the past is, after all, only an illusion, it's nowhere except in your head. Live in the moment as much as you can. If you can accept the NOW totally, without any resistance at all, you will find that elusive peace of mind. Conflict in your head is ALWAYS non-acceptance of the NOW. Surrender to this moment totally & unconditionally.

4. Remember that you are not alone. You may be lonely but if that's so just accept that loneliness and see it dissipate as your higher self joins you. That's not true, of course, just a way of saying it, you actually move your higher self and there's no loneliness there.

5. Never forget to be grateful. Be grateful for everything in your life. Make a list of what you have to be grateful for and one of things you aren't. Compare them; which one is the longest? The more you practice gratitude, the more you attract into your life things to be grateful for.

6. Court your passion. You still have your passions though it has been a while since you may have felt them flow. When are you the most alive and joyful in your life? Who do you most admire and what do they inspire in you?

7. Take action even if there is risk involved. If your essence is telling you to do something it WILL be the right thing for you. All the inspiration in the world is not enough to move you out of self. It takes inspired action to do that.

8. Become aware of your breathe. Simply being aware of ONE breath will take you to your source. Taking notice of 10 breathes a day will stand you in better stead than 2 hours solid meditation.

9. Stop beating yourself up! Stop ALL judgement of yourself. A very easy way to stop judging yourself is to consciously stop yourself using words like, should, must, ought, have to & got to. When you find yourself using these words ask: "Who says I should" or "Why must I?" This really works, go on give it a go for a few days.

And last but very important:

10. Be Kind in all your actions, thoughts and words about everybody and everything in the world. Again, remember the Law of Attraction - if you are kind then life will be kind to you.

And you thought this was just one of those self improvement articles!
