"Enlighten Yourself" 7 Ways to Increasing the Power of the Mind!

By J.Anderson

Presented here are some things that you can do throughout the week to help develop the power of the subconscious mind, even if its just lounging around on the sofa, an idea takes time to form and is always active even when you are just sitting.

Have you ever had a bright idea in the back of your mind that you really wanted to test out, Realizing that you are not the only one with a ‘bright idea’ how do you develop the power of the mind to help these ideas stand out above your competition?

A good idea is to start with a personal goal that you can complete quickly, make sure to have a correct and positive attitude about the goal so the task will be enjoyable and will go a lot faster.

7 Things you can do to increase power of the mind.

Thinking positive can have dramatic affect on helping you to realize things you never thought possible. When you develop your mind power these things become commonplace and this is the same thinking that has helped America become the great place it is.

1. Take action! Be passionate about it and strive to live life by design. There is a quote I heard once that says "Talks without Work is dead." That means if you never put into action what you speak then you get no results. Action=money in the bank so take action and your dreams can start to be realized.

2. Visualize a powerful fulfilling life, one that you can enjoy and be proud of, commit to creating this from your heart and soul out of love and not that of fear. The American dream will still be there but a dream is still just a dream without action, you will be amazed at the transformation.

3. Keep in your mind that every task and situation you tackle will turn out perfect, regardless of the "real" outcome. If you are presented with a task that seems to be too hard attempt it anyway you never know what you can accomplish if you don't try. If you do seem to fail at it you will still have learned and will be able to take something away that can help in other ventures.

4. Learn to utilize the tools that you have and make sure that you can "expertly" manage them, don't be overwhelmed by trying to learn too many things at once. Be constructive and find new ways to accomplish things. When you progress forward with more positive thinking and attitude the power of the mind starts to develop without much attention.

5. We all have used the phrase Shoulda/Woulda/Coulda, Well how about "Recognize/Revaluate/Restore", the latter phrase can be achieved by an abundance of knowledge, therefore never stop learning and putting into action that which you have learned, it will be easier when you have to face people in the real world and you will be able to project a winning and positive attitude.

6. Try to keep your sense of humor, laughing at yourself and your mistakes can help you to remain focused and keep you on track- life is short enough without our complicating things that aren't really important. Humor can be very helpful in positive thinking and developing your subconscious mind power.

7. Believe that you can create your own destiny and no one is responsible for your happiness but you, as long as the sun comes up there is another chance to get it right. You can accomplish your dreams with positive thinking and also with the creative powers of the mind.

Take these points into considerations in whatever activities you do whether in your business life or personal life you have the power to change whatever situation you are in now, if its bad you can make it better and if your life is already great why not take it to the next level and help others to achieve that same joy that you feel.
