Law of Attraction

So what is The Law of Attraction? by Paul M Allen

So what exactly is The Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is one of the Universal Laws, the most powerful one in fact. Universal Laws are basically the rules of the universe. They are life's principles and have existed since creation. These laws of the divine universe apply to every single one of us, everywhere we are. They are not changeable and cannot be broken. We use them in everyday life without ever knowing it, they are just there.

The Universal Law of Attraction is the most powerful universal law that exists. In concept, the Law of Attraction appears to be quite simple but practise is necessary, which is why a burning desire for what you want is a must. The Law of Attraction takes both your conscious and unconscious thoughts as calls; these calls are answered by dictating the reality of your life without you even being aware of it.

I'm pretty sure that all of you have heard the expression "When there's a will, there's a way", this statement in theory exists from the law of attraction. Essentially if you really want something and truly believe it is possible, you are creating a desire for this want, and with repetition these calls will be answered, meaning that you will get what you want.

Once this state of mind change has taken place, you will experience your life dramatically change. Like myself and many others who have been honoured to study and use this Universal Law, you will at one stage look back and think to yourself 'how has it happened in such a short time?', the only answer being is that this infinite universal power has made it happen, how else could it be possible?

The Universal Law of Attraction states:

"We attract whatever we choose to give our attention to, whether wanted or unwanted."

The Law of Attraction is Universal because it really doesn't matter who you are, I can't emphasize this enough, it does not matter where you live, what your religious beliefs are, what year you were born in, who you are as a person .... The list is endless but I'm pretty sure you get my point. The Law of Attraction is true for everyone equally. It is simply as true as the Law of Gravity.

Whether we are trying to attract or not, we are doing so all the time. Except for when we are sleeping. As we use the Law of Attraction every day, we attract the likeness of what we think about. If we are thinking about something we hate, we are attracting more hate into our lives. If we are thinking about something we love, we are attracting more of what we love and enjoy. We are Human! We as humans are actually very powerful attractors. We can use this spectacular god given power to attract more of what we want in life simply by paying close attention to where we place our thoughts and desires.

When we think about thoughts and thinking, we automatically assume it is our mind that does the thinking, although scientifically this is true, in reality our hearts and mind work together and is where the thinking, believing and vibrating is done. We attract from our hearts, it is the vibrator of all signals that attract. Think of an old television, it has many different stations, to tune into a station you dial a specific frequency. As soon as we turn our attention to something, dialling its frequency, only then will it begin its journey to use. To get rid of something you don't want in your life, simply tune into a different vibration, something that you do want.

Achieving Success With An Online Bussiness

Building Online Business with Positive Personality by Khadijah Ibrahim

Copyright (c) 2009 Khadijah Ibrahim

A lot of people have always wanted to have successful online businesses as they realise that a lot of successful internet marketers are earning at least a six figure incomes. However they fail to realise the personality behind those six figure incomes.

This is the reason why when these people encountered the first sign of obstacles or roadblocks, they would easily give up and then wonder why they were not successful.

The truth is that behind those six figure incomes are hard work, patience, determination, persistence, honesty and not forgetting humility.

Hard work

When you saw successful people, you thought that they gained their successes overnight because you never knew them before they became successful. The truth is that these people had worked hard and had been through a lot before enjoying the success as you see them today.

The successful online marketers built their successful online empire from scratch where they had to build effective websites, create good products, bring in traffic to their businesses and maintain good relationships with their customers.

They had worked long hours and did not give in to instant gratification such as watching television or just wasting time doing nothing. There was always something to do in the process of building their online businesses until they reached success. Only then they would slow down a bit to enjoy the fruit of success that they achieved.

Patience

Successful online marketers are patient people because they know that success does not happen in one day. They stick with the same bandwagon regardless of the roadblocks they encounter, keep improving and finding alternatives over and around the roadblocks until they achieve their target or goal. They would never get distracted with the achievement of others and jump into a different bandwagon.

For example you start an online business teaching people how to make homemade chocolate. You do not stop building the business and start another online business selling flowers just because you see a friend's online business that sells flowers is successful. You should instead find ways to sell or learn from your friend the right method so that you could market your homemade chocolate recipes more effectively.

You should be patient to nurture your business and give the business time to grow.

Determination and persistence

Whether it is an online or offline business and even in life, determination and persistence are two must-have criteria to achieve success. Because without these two you would easily give up when problems arise and stop moving forward when you encounter with obstacles. When you are determined to achieve success you will find a way to make things work even in difficult situations. You will be persistent to do the job until it is completed successfully.

We would not have the leisure to use light bulbs in our house if Thomas Edison was not persistent and determined enough to find a way to make it work.

Honesty

I firmly believe that the root of success is honesty no matter what other people say. The main reason I believe this is that to be successful in anything you must first be honest with yourself.

You must honestly believe that you can achieve the goal you set, you must be honest with yourself that you will do the best to achieve your goal and you must be honest with yourself about the good things that you are going to do after you have achieved your goal.

These three main honesty principles will be the driving force for you to make a plan and keep you going to the point where you achieve success. Of course there are other things to be honest about, however when you have these three in place, everything else will definitely come in together.

Humility

Being humble does not mean underestimating yourself. It also does not mean you lose your self-confidence or even self-respect. It means that you are willing to learn from others especially those who have more experience and knowledge than you.

Even if you already know the subject, it would not do you any harm to listen and learn from others because you may have missed out a few things the first time you learnt it.

Being humble also means your willingness to ask when needed as the truth is that you actually gain more from the power of asking rather than losing such as the term that people always use 'losing face.'

When you have all these six characters inside, you will start building a positive personality that successful people have and you would be on your way to create a six-figure income for yourself.

Increase Your Awareness

Aerobic Creative Thinking Activity: How To Jumpstart Your Brain

Copyright (c) 2009 Michael A Jones

Creative thinking activity depends on a brain that is energized. This article will show you how to enliven the brain using the five senses.

Aerobic exercises get life-sustaining oxygen into parts of the body often starved. Aerobics for your senses have the same effect, enlivening them, waking them up, which in turn leads to a higher level of creative thinking activity.

Our five senses of taste, touch, smell, sight and hearing bombard the brain every second with millions of pieces of information. To bystanders, the children may be making a terrible din, but the mother is hardly aware of it until a friend says: "How do you put up with it!" The lesson? We quickly get accustomed to our environment so it becomes the norm, which means we fail to take notice of detail and the seeds of creative ideas.

The Challenge

So here is our challenge - to get the senses to break out of the box so we start noticing things again.

Here is an "aerobic brain exercise" to get creative "oxygen" to those senses:

Select in your mind something familiar. To illustrate what we mean we will choose a simple common object, A BOOK. Think of a particular book you enjoy reading. Now close your eyes and wrap your 5 senses around this object in your imagination and really live the experience.

TOUCH

What does it feel like to pick it up? Is it heavy, light? The cover has what kind of texture? Glossy or grainy? Do the pages feel rough or glossy when you turn them over?

HEARING

What kind of sounds do the pages make as you turn them? Is it a rustling sound due to fine paper, or a stiff sound caused by thick paper?

SMELL

Does the book have a distinctive smell? Do you detect a unique smell from the ink on the page as you scrutinize it with your nose?

TASTE

While not suggesting we take a bite, does your imagination suggest a certain taste? Our brains are amazing association factories. Often we associate a certain flavor with an object. What flavor is your book?

SIGHT

What catches your eye as you view the book on the table from the other side of the room? Is it the size? The color? The title? The artwork?

Once you have focused the senses on a specific object in this way, the once familiar object now takes on a life of its own and can evoke quite different emotions and reactions!

Just Try It

Skeptical? Just try it! It will only take between one and two minutes. The images imprinted on your brain can stay with you for a very long time. That is the power of concentration.

Where is all this leading us?

Creative thinking activity depends in part on the massive input that comes from the sensations our external organs transmit to the brain. Linking the most unlikely sometimes produces brilliant ideas! Applying these associations from your imagination to your task in hand can produce great results.

CONCLUSION: When you are next required to prepare for some creative thinking activity, just do this quick aerobic exercise for the brain using the five senses! You will never view familiar things the same way again and you might just give birth to a brilliant solution or idea.

Green Tea - Excellent for Mental and Physical Health

The Advantages of Following a Green Tea Diet by Eddie Lamb

As many of us are aware, the health benefits of green tea create something special that is above and beyond the ideology of just another great cup of tea. There are many advantages and benefits that you can receive from following a green tea diet, although it should be forewarned that green tea does contain caffeine. So, if you have conditions where caffeine might affect you in a negative way, or if you are pregnant, for instance, you should remember that it is incredibly important to consult with your physician before adding green tea into your regular diet.

What are the Advantages of a Green Tea Diet?

There are many advantages that you can receive from putting yourself on a green tea diet, such as the fact that a green tea diet can help you to fight off and even prevent Alzheimer's; a British study found that drinking green tea actually inhibited three important brain-battering chemicals, which are: acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, and beta-secretase.

Basically what this means is that these are three chemical culprits that are associated with the breaking down of chemical messengers and forming plaques and protein deposits in the brain's gray matter, therefore being definite hindrances to crystal clear thinking.

As well, incorporating a green tea diet into your daily intake of consumables may also be helpful in warding off the flu, according to researchers across the world. This is because drinking green tea helps to stimulate those gamma-delta T cells that help to boost immunity against such viruses as the flu, and there is in fact a quite remarkable substance that is found in green tea that triggers those T cells to secrete that of a staggering 10 times their normal output of virus-battling interferon.

In fact, even gargling with green tea can help to coat the oral cavity's membranes with one of green tea's most potent components, which is that of catechins, and these are what successfully neutralize the vicious virus.

Green tea has also been shown to dramatically help in regards to weight loss, as recent studies have shown that a diet with green tea greatly increases metabolism and oxidizes fat as well, all the while without raising the heart rate. The heart-rate factor also merits incredible significance because increased heart rates can lead to adverse cardiac effects. Also, since there are only two basic ways to get rid of fat, which are decreasing food intake and increasing energy expenditure; this makes green tea a much-needed helper for those who are unable to do either successfully.
